For this chocolate ice cream, you only need five ingredients and 10 minutes of spare time.
I don’t have an ice cream maker, so I mixed some basic keto ingredients and put the mixture in the freezer.
The result is a chocolate ice cream that is creamy and sweet and an excellent basis for further recipe experimentation. For example, you can add nuts or chocolate chips. Or how about using only nut butter to make salted caramel or walnut ice cream?
One caveat: This ice cream is a bit difficult to scoop coming straight out of the freezer. To make it easier to scoop, you might want to let it sit for 10 minutes or so.
